When searching, stable packages whose most recent version is pre-release are not shown unless the "Show pre-release packages" checkbox is checked

description

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Identify a package that has at least one stable version, and whose most recent version is a pre-release version (As of this date, EntityFramework and xUnit fit these criteria);
  2. Go to the "Open Package from Online Feed" dialog;
  3. Use the official nuget package source, and make a search for the target package, using the package name, with the "Show pre-release packages" checkbox active;
  4. Check that the package appears, as a pre-release package;
  5. Uncheck the "Show pre-release packages" checkbox;
  6. The identified package does not appear anymore. Instead, it should appear with a stable version.

Attached a screenshot of results when the "Show pre-release packages" checkbox is checked.

After digging a bit, I can add that 'id:xxx' searches work as expected.
