The dependencies look different between NuGet.org and the Package Explorer (see screenshot).
Maybe some targets from nuget 2.1 are not handled correct:

I tried to open my own Package "MyToolkit.Extended" but the app always crashes. However "MyToolkit" works. The problematic package defines dependencies, maybe this causes these troubles?
